Dear Friends in Christ

With the time for the Ministers' Conference coming closer, we would like to remind you about the dates and also fill you in on further developments concerning speakers and topics to be discussed. You will find the full tentative programme on the back of this letter. You will notice that time has been given to panel discussions, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions or express your views.

Just to repeat some background about the Ministers' Conferences: These conferences are held annually for ministers and Christian workers. Usually about a thousand pastors and Christian leaders attend, not only from South Africa but also from many countries abroad. A large contingent is expected from Europe this year.

This conference is 8 - 11 March 1999, D.V., the first service starting on Monday evening 7:30 pm and the final session on Thursday morning. It is especially planned in this way that you will be able to be with your congregations over the weekend.

The theme of the conference will be, "Approved to God", with 2 Tim 2:15 as the theme verse.

Will you please pass this invitation on to other preachers and Christian workers with whom you have contact. We would like as many as possible to attend. Your colleages and any other preachers, evangelists, church council members or anyone in Christian leadership are all welcome to attend. The auditorium at KwaSizabantu has more than enough room for you and all those you may wish to invite. Your participation is important and we look forward to hearing from you.

Because there is not much time left before the conference, we will appreciate it if you could contact us either by phone or fax (see the numbers above on the letterhead) or make use of our email number <<mail@ksb.org.za>>. Please send the names of those who would like to attend (please specify couples, men or women). Accommodation and food will be provided for (please could you bring your own bedding, if possible). We will assist in transport to and from Durban airport/station/bus-stop. Please let us know when and where to fetch you.
