Yoghurt Production One of the very successful projects at Kwasizabantu Mission is the processing of
milk into various products such as yoghurt, `Amasi', dairy-fruit drink, etc. Live cultures are used and a special unit which heats and cools the cans of
cultured milk, is now in full production. Various flavours include: Cape Berry, Muesli,
Strawberry, Cape Fruit and Peach. A special Diabetic variety has been produced upon the
