The one who puts God's word into practice is like a man who builds on a rock. Jesus himself, who is the eternal word and became flesh used this terminology.

Some people accept Christ as there saviour and after a while of maybe 3 months or 10 years they forsake Christ and are backsliding. This happens because the build on sand. The majority of those who become Christians are crashing down.

The word ‘occult’ means ‘dark’. Many don’t grow spiritually because they had to do with the occult.

Lev. 19,31 / 20,6 / Deut. 18,10-13

Various examples were given that showed the immediate effect of the occult in the life of a person who had to do with these dark powers. It was explained, that the bondage is the same, even if these forces are appearing differently in Africa and in Europe. Where in Africa many seek contact with the dead in Europe people are rather going to fortune tellers to find out about the future marriage partner, the personal health situation etc.. Both end in occult bondage.

A man came to the mission ksb who was called a prophet. He used to pray over things that were used as medicine. People were healed when he prayed for them. After a while he felt pressed down and had to yawn very often. After he went for counselling and confessed his sin, he was prayed and his occult healing power left him immediately. As a preacher he was working with dark powers. So called "white magic because it appears to be good.

The devil does not cast out another devil, he just moved the physical sickness into the soul. A girl who went to so-called prophetess got healed physically but was spiritually a cripple. People came to KSB and reported they were spell bound sindce a minister prayed for them. Afterwards the couples could no longer have a normal sexual marriage life.

Discernment is needed for not to have anything to do with white or black magic. Even people who preach can be led by other spirits, not by the Holy Spirit.

Different ways of slaughtering for the deceased were explained visible results in the life of those who had to do with the occult can be an angry character, alcholoism, a perverted sexual lifestyle.

A father's only son got sick, he took his son to a healer who was not a medical practicer. The boy was given a little bottle that he had to wear – he got perfectly healed.

By the age of 16 he comitted suicide. A little packet that was attached to his hand was found. On that note it was written:’That soul belongs to the devil’. Don’t think all healing is from God. This young man was not healed by God.

Usually people who had to do with the occult fall asleep when the word of God is preached. The same person can sit for many hours in front of their TV. No interest in Godly things, but interested in evil things.

In this time we live in , where are the people who build on the rock and can stand faithful to God as Joseph did it as a young man being in a foreign country ?
