| Report after European Tour - Sep 2001 Rev Erlo Stegen gave a
report, 4 October, on the recent tour in
Europe. He told the packed audience in the Kwasizabantu dining-room (where evening
services are held) that the Lord has been extending His Kingdom in a wonderful way. Three
centres were officially opened during this recent trip. The first centre was opened in Paris. Though Bobigny is a difficult district in
Paris (the deceased previous president of France, Mitterand, once remarked that if Jesus
would return He would come to Bobigny) it was a wonderful occasion to have all the local
ministers attending the opening. One of them remarked in his speech that all churches in
France are in declension and it is amazing that this church has needed to expand its
buildings.
Next, the centre in Holland, Jacob's Well, was officially opened. After that, the new centre in
Germany was opened (see photos). Hausfrieden, which is in Bielstein, not far from Bonn,
had been a centre of the Lord's working many years ago. The ministry had fallen into
disarray and they needed to sell the buildings. The leader felt the Lord leading him to
allow Kwasizabantu to obtain the centre to further God's work.
Rev Stegen shared the message which he had used a few times during his European tour.
God revealed Himself to Elijah through a "still small voice." Christians must be
very careful not to be swept away with impressive things which may seem spectacular, like
the wind, fire and earthquake, but have wisdom and discernment.
