Kwasizabantu Family Weekend

The weekend of 11 to 13 May is a Family Weekend at Kwasizabantu Mission. It is a joy to have mothers and fathers together with their children. Of course, all the extended family are also part of the occassion. Above all, children of the Lord are part of God's family, by adoption through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In Acts 3:25 Peter told the crowd: "You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with out fathers, saying to Abraham, `and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed'".

The meetings began at 7pm on Friday night and on Saturday there are 3 services planned. A mass choir (of about 300 members) has spontaneously come together for the weekend and will render some items on Saturday night.

Update: The weekend (attended by about 2,500) was a tremendous encouragement to all those present. Various short devotions were presented and messages by Erlo and Friedel Stegen. The mass choir was wonderful opportunity for fellowship and, despite the limited practise opportunities) was a great blessing to the audience. for "We are marching to Jerusalem" and for "To God be the glory".
