Written by KSB school principal, Valentina Khokhryakova:
25-31 July we had our conference with a team of KSB co-workers from Germany and SA. On the weekend there were all together more than 100 people. About a half came from other places far and near. Some had to drive a day by car, one girl had to go 12 hours by train + 5 hours by plane + 10 hours, by yet another train, just to get to Lipetsk (she is from Bratsk, which is close Baykal in the east). There were two ladies from the Ukrain who came notwithstanding the political unrest. Also, seven African students attended the conference, for the Zambians we did the English translation. Those that preached challenged the listeners to make a life decision for the Lord and to strive to follow the Lord with an upright and faithful heart. Many times they addressed the youth. In Kuzminka we don’t have young people who are living for the Lord, it is our great need and our prayer request.
