This project produces between 7 and 10 tons a week to be sold or used at the mission. Sweet Peppers are also referred to as Capsicum, Bell Peppers and Paprica. There is so much demand for these vegetables that a new section is being completed for 4 hectares of tunnels. The system to grow peppers is Hydroponics.
