Luke 2
8 Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night.
9 And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid.
When the angel came with the message of Christ’s birth the glory of the Lord was seen. That is what happens when Jesus comes. Have you experienced this glory in your life?
We all remember Christmas but we must experience the glory of the Lord Jesus coming into our lives. This is the most important message of Christmas – that Christ is born into my life.
We also read that there was a host of angels praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” They gave all the honour and glory to God.
This is what happens when Jesus is born into your heart – the angels in heaven rejoice.
Make sure that you have experienced Christmas personally. If you have experienced Christmas then Jesus would be Lord and King of your life. Your whole life would be transformed and changed and your life no longer belong to yourself but to Jesus.
