What does the Bible say?

1John 2:17
The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.

John 11:25
I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.

John 8:51
Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death.

He that keeps the Word of Christ shall never see death. Remember Stephen’s prayer, “do not keep this sin against them”, as he fell asleep (Acts 7:60).

1Thess 4:13
Do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.

Paul said, “I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; 24 but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body” (Philipp 1:23-24)

Now one can understand that death is gain to a Christian. We would rather be absent from the body and present with the Lord (2Cor 5:8).

2Cor 5:1-2
For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling.

Daniel says that those who turn many to righteousness are wise (Dan 12:3).

Remember the Bible says, “But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is” (1John 3:2).

John 14:3
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

John Wesley had a dream where he went to heaven and asked the angel who were in heaven. The answer was, only those washed in the Blood of the Lamb!
It follows that church membership is not enough to get you to heaven – you must be washed in the Blood of the Lamb.

They are sheltered in His presence (Ps 27:5). He wipes away all tears from their eyes (Rev 21:4).

Our sister is privileged.

We won’t see heaven on the other side if we haven’t experienced heaven here, washed in the Blood of the Lamb.

Remember the one who believes on the Lord Jesus Christ will never see death. We can thank God that we can experience such a salvation.
