Stephanie Schnitzer

A New Life

My name is Stephanie Schnitzer and I am from Germany. Even though I grew up in a Christian family, I spent most of my youth not knowing God. I knew there is a God, but I did not understand how to live with Him, in fact I was not even interested in it.

The older I grew the worse my sins and situation became. I got more and more entangled in them, until I reached the point where I lost control over myself. I knew what I did is wrong and even though I did not want to do some things I still did them against my own will. Through this I did not only hurt my own life, body and soul, but I also caused my parents a lot of trouble. All this evil in my life kept me awake at night and I seldom slept more than 4-5 hours a day. I also started to suffer from sleep paralysis caused by the troubles I got myself into through my sinful ways.

During this time, I was able to visit KwaSizabantu. I saw the place and how the people lived there, and I knew, this is how I want to live – a pure life, and this is the place I want to be – a peaceful place.

Through a miracle I got a study visa and attended Domino Servite School (the best school in the world) for two and a half years and matriculated in 2020. However, I received much, much, more than just my matric at the mission – I received a new life.

Thank you.
