Outreach to Local Schools

This is the season for co-workers to bring the Gospel to local schools. Between 6 and 8 schools are visited every morning. In South Africa assemblies are still held before school begins. This usually takes place at about 7:30 or 7:45 am. In these 15 minutes Kwasizabantu co-workers (mostly from the KSB choir) can sing a song, pray and bring a short message. Small teams cover a school each and then join up later for transport back to the mission. School principals welcome co-workers from the mission. They have got to know that we preach a helpful message and, importantly, we do not abuse the time allotted to us.

Some schools are at the primary level and some are secondary or High-School. There is usually between 200 to 1000 pupils per school.
